He didnt molt. Hes just hanging like the video. He usually goes around and etc. My system is stable and nothing changed.
Understandable. Can you check the video nowShrimp are rarely active when there’s fish in the tank. It’s often a survival skill (I can’t see your video on my phone unfortunately so I’m just assuming).
Another reason as said above is due to potentially starting to molt. This can take a while to do and often once molted they vanish to harden off their new exoskeleton.
The other reason I can think of, he’s set up a cleaning station. He will sit here and do a what seems to be a dance, this is him trying to attract fish to get cleaned. Mine often cleans my Foxface and Tang. Here’s a photo of what I mean (Lysmata amboinensis cleaning a Ctenochaetus binotatus).
May be going into molting period which it will be less active with cruising around and eating
Came to my tank this morning and i see a dead shrimp on the ground i freaked out screaming hea dead till he showed up behind a rock. Man almost lost it..

Shrimp are know to eat their own molts as a way to recapture calcium. They won’t always do it, but if you see your shrimps munching on a recent molt, that may be why. Nature is fascinating!
