so I've had this shrimp since setting up my tank and hes become more and more of a jerk. Can't feed corals without him going nuts stealing food from corals. Some corals/nems can keep him at bay but he picks at them all sometimes getting his feet stuck in the carpets and bubble tips but yanks em out right back at it lol. My Rock flowes gets it the worst along with the duncan and elagance. He's just annoying more than interesting now thinking of getting rid of him although the kids love him.

I've tried feeding him first. The little sucker is a glutton. Maybe I could try larger pieces of food I've never tried clams. Just mysis and krill

Give him a good hiding place and place food also in that area

I do the same, he lives under a ledge that grows firework clove polyps. He hides there every night and as I work in the tank he cleans my hands and I give him a few pellets. I gotta feed him large pieces of shrimp as I feed other corals, he annoys me sometimes but I love him.

Definitely feed the shrimp first. That reminds me of when we had Gilbert the porcupine puffer, nothing else could eat in the tank unless Gilbert already had a mouthful

I put in a whole frozen cube of mysis with my long feeding tongs and let him pick off as much as he can till hes done. Then feed the rest and he leaves everything else alone

Thanks guys I will definitely try and get some clames and bigger chunks of shrimp to satisfy him so I don't end up getting rid of "crazy legs". The name my girls gave him lol.
