Hi everyone,

I have a sky blue with neon green centres and a hot pink goniopra very similar to those in the pics below. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them?

Generally my other gonis like highish light and extend quite a bit. These do not. Generally the only extension I see is a few mm and much less when placed in the same light as my other gonis. I feed all gonies with reef roids.

Are these simply very short stemmed gonis and is there any requirement to keep them in low light?

There are “encrusting” types of Goniopora that tend to look “shorter” than the other kinds. Maybe that’s what you have.

Do you still have the two Gonis? Wonder what they are line, 6 years hence!
