Sky light won’t turn on

So I’m finally signing up my system and I connected the Neptune skies which I have tried prior before and was working great. I plug them in and got told to do the update and as soon as I done the update I tried the lights out and cannot get them to power on. The moonlight work with no issue but trying to get the regular lights on even in previews will not power on. What should I do?

I have the same problem. Only two out of three SKY lights turned ON. I did reboot the Neptune Pro 3, did the update of each SKY light but only one light refuse to work.
