Sleeper banded goby also known as white barred goby. What do you think of this fish in a reef tank

Not great if you have sand IME, they grow pretty big. Mine would grab sand and then swim to the top of the tank to chew it making a mess in the process.

I have seen that but they keep the sand clean

In my case it literally moved huge amounts of sand through the day so that my rocks and corals would start turning into sand dunes + I'd end up with a lot of sand in the sump. Maybe just one case. It's a cool fish though.
There may be other options, smaller gobies or you could get nassarius snails to sift the sand.

If your looking for a neat sifter look into the Rainford. Mine sifts the sand all day without making a mess. The worst it ever gets is a slight sprinkling, I've never had to dig out corals because of the Rainford and no mounds. Stays close to the sand when he sifts so it doesn't blow around. I have a 75g and the rainford and 2 Conch snails keep my sand spotless.
