Sleeping clownfish

Is this normal, my clownfish seems healthy, but every once in awhile it will stop and rest in the sand bed she dug out

Seems like it cld b trying to have the substrate host it
 
Breathing fast, signs of white spots, flashing or rubbing on the rocks and sand, red marks, swimming in one place into the flow as if it were on a treadmill?

No to all of those and it's probably just taking a break.
