I don't think this one has been added to the database yet. I believe there are a few names floating around on these guys depending one where they popped up. I bought them at a LFS and sponsor Neptune Aquatics for a very reasonable price. Not sure if prices can be discussed here, but if it's cool I'll post what I paid for it. I believe they came out of So.Cal and a few different people picked them up. Seem to be pretty wide spread.

Decent growers. I get 2-3 polyps a month. Can survive in high light and low light. I've had them under t5s (3 blue+ and purple+) as well as a Kessil 360w. I believe they looked best under the Kessil (about 15 inches from the light source).

Under higher t5 light the centers have gone from Metallic gold to a more dull color. They seems to thrive about 20+ inches from the light source. Low to moderate flow doesn't seem to matter.

They frag incredibly well. You can scrape them from a plug with no problem. They seem to re-attach in a few days without issue. I haven't had a single polyp melt on me yet.

Very nice rich! Is the skirt 2 shades of purple?

It is indeed. This pic was taken under Kessil lighting and was a little bluer than I would have liked. What really sets them apart is the green mouth surrounded by a pink center followed by a very metallic gold.

They are very nice.Got some from my LFS about 7 months ago.I have about 60 heads now.If I remember right, there are 4 different names that they go by depending on where you get it from

Very nice! I picked up a frag of these about a month ago. I have them on the sand bed under 2x250w 15k XM bulbs. The white on the oral disc has increased, at the expense of the purple on the skirt. Seems to be the exact opposite of what is going on with the color changing on yours. Glad you posted these up!

Good eye, I thought the same thing. Seems some vendors on here like the rename game quite a bit lol.

Not sure if that was directed toward PZ, but we've been aquaculturing and selling these since last spring.

Oh I see. That's the problem with the mariculture pucks imported from Indo. Everyone ends up with the same stuff with different names.

And then some people slap a 150$ per polyp price on a zoa and call it an "exclusive". I hope people read this thread and think twice about overpaying for it.

hadn't seen this thread, I just posted my opinion on a sponsor's thread. I don't think this polyp deserve such a high price, specially because they've been around for a few months now and have heard the growth rate is very good. I think the word "exclusive" is being used lately by those vendors that want to slap a $200 pp in all the polyps they release. Definitely something is wrong with them.

hahahah no bro its for someone else that seems to be under the radar alot.. ive gotten no joke over 40-50 pms about this new vendor asking me if im affiliated with them and what i feel about them.. i just mind my own business and say no comment. =)

This was meant to be a entry into the zoa database. It's a legit zoa no matter what the name. I've had it in my tank for 6-7 months. It's gone from really bright to a little dull back to bright. I'll post some more recent pictures with where it was located.

Lets see some other pictures since it looks like a few people have them
