sliding an aquarium 2 or 3 feet.

I will be painting the wall behind my tank, and in order to do so I need to drag or push the tank 2 or 3 feet at max. And after it dries I want to move it back. is there anyway that would make this whole process easier? I have about 55 pounds of rock, tank is a reefer 250.
