In my case this usually occurs in areas of low flow and primarily in the sump

I have a small power head and all you need to do is ripple the surface water and that should clear it depending on where it’s forming. Its normally when im on doses of around 20ml+

I also use the outflow pipes of reactors to similar effect

I believe the dose is 2ml per 25 gal, so your dose isn't as low as you think. The slime is a bacterial bloom. Are you skimming wet?

i am dosing 2ml total for the 35 gallon.yes i am skimming wet. thanks for the reply .
