Can anyone explain what this stuff on my rocks is? Slimy and stringy, I'll do a water change and clean glass and rock and when everything settles its right back on my rocks driving me crazy. 1704581507392760488541799841857.jpg 17045815376827255768704300059133.jpg

We can't see it. Set your lights to all white or use a bright flashlight to light up the area and wash out the blue.
Having said that, I do see a feather duster or aiptasia in there.
As for what you're seeing, without a better picture, my guess will be sponges.
Is this a new(ish) tank? Sponges are very common and harmless but do look strange if you've never seen them before, especially when they pop up all over the place.

Ok, i think they are feather dusters, but let me take better pics. dang my tank looks very different with just white lights
