I've been curing live rock in my hundred gallon tank for about two weeks now and I woke up this morning to a problem with my pump one of the suction cups came loose and the pump was making an awful lot of noise so I went inside to do the repair and everything felt extremely slimy although I don't see any kind of algae for slime on anything it just felt really weird is that normal any ideas

From my experiance I would say its compltely normal and should be expected.
