I've had this zoanthid since september and I've went from about 8 to 14 polyps... pretty cool morph thought I would share

Lighting is LED, running Bio Pellets right now but I seem to get good growth from other zoos

When I experienced this I would do a couple things....frag colony and put new frag in a new location....increase flow rate.....decrease flow rate....increase lighting....decrease lighting. Unfortunately that is what you have to do if you wish to speed up growth. Some zoanthids are just slow growers. You could always cut off a frag or 2 and put them into different tanks....like Huuta and myself for example ;)....but in all honesty you might find your answer there. I had zoa's that wouldn't grow for nothing....fragged and gave frag away....new owner was getting great growth....come to find out he had them in almost no light with very high flow....I followed suit and had much better results.

Just the way the game goes.

K thanks it was pretty high so I lowered it. I'll at least know if it starts to stretch out or fold back it wants to be moved higher
