I have a wp-40 jebao pump and tried putting it into my 40g im fusion new tank and it blows **** everywhere even on the lowest setting. Has anyone tried using a router speed controller to tune it down a bit??

Fish-street sells an adjustable power supply to reduce the speed.
That's a big pump for a 40. I have two WP-25s in my 5 foot 100G and they can pile sand at the opposite end if not aimed right.

I cannot find anything on there site? What would it be called??

You can use any power supply that will provide between 12 and 24 volts. They have very little amp draw. When I purchased my first edition WP 40 I ordered an adjustable power supply. It worked well to be able to dial them in. I will agree that is way too much pump for that tank.

They have recently changed their website all around. I was on it a couple weeks ago and looking at them at that time. I want to put a WP-10 or RW-4 in my 16G nano with 3" of sand in it so I know it will need to be slowed down.
May need to contact them?

I bought the aqualink wifi controller for mine and you can do a lot more adjusting with it.

Boy I have two Vortech's MP10 on my JBJ 45 gallon attached to a Apex controller and I can't come close to running them full speed
