Sludge digesting bacteria

Silly question,

The so called “sludge digesting” bacteria found in Special Blend, Microbacter Clean, etc…. Would anyone happen to know if there is a difference in the sludge digesting bacteria tabs used for ponds and these products?

Just a random thought I had and was wondering if anyone happened to know.

Hi. I would assume that freshwater bacteria are different from salt water. If you think about it, it’s the equivalent of the air that we breathe for them. The difference between fresh and salt is therefore quite important. I’m pretty sure they will be different

Many of these products are suitable for both fresh and saltwater
