Looks like it could be a elysia obtusa. Can you put it in a container with water to get more pictures?

Next time I see it, I'll try to grab it. I've only seen 1 occassionally on glass. Phone camera doesnt focus well. Its pink colored.

It could also be a vayssierea sp.

No they aren't considered pests. Elysia slugs eat algae and vayssierea eat Spirorbid and Serpulid worms. I mean unless you like tube worms.
