Slug identity?

Found this thing in my refugium bucket..it must have come in with the sea algea I put in a month ago..No way was it this big as I could not have missed it..i had about half a kilo of algea in there but much of it has vanished..has this thing been eating it? Its about 4 incnes long and 2 inches wide..not sure what to do with it..back into the sea or in my main tank?

Possibly a coronary sea slug. Can get large

Looks very similar to a sooty sea hare, but it is not one. Those are native to Florida and the Caribbean.

Does it have "wings" when moving around in the water? If so, that should narrow it down quite a bit for as to what kind it is.

Its possible that it does..took one more picture before it goes back in the sea.
