Slug, worm, snail in reef tank

I was cleaning the tank and found some strange guys... my husband is in denial and thinks it's a snail that lost its shell to hermit crabs. Any help would be great!

What are they?
Are they reef safe?
How do you get rid of them?

No problem I used to have just one that hitch hiked in. I would see it try and spawn on the rocks at night.
