Had I known how cool they were, I'd have gotten one sooner.

This little guy is very active and has plenty to keep it occupied, so hopefully it thrives in this tank.

I also appreciate our sea slug overlords! :thinking-face:

Is that a lettuce sea slug or something similar?

Later days,

lettuce nudibranch from ReefCleaners. John says they're not the best at algae removal, but I've got plenty of ulva in the tank, so I figure it can go to town while I watch. It currently seems to be inspecting ulva that is attached to a snail climbing on the glass.

The color on those slugs are awesome and were throwing me off so i couldn't tell. Sadly the two i bought for some minor algae in my Biocube were gobbled up by a hungry little filefish . That thing was a heck of a predator for being so calm all the time. The videos make me want to try again now that the filefish has moved on.

Thanks again,

Good luck with the critters! They're about the only cool-looking nudibranch that can reasonably be kept in a reef aquarium. You just have to be sure they have plenty of food, since they are hungry lil critters.
