Small anemone HELP PLEASE and ALK issues

Hello! I have my 20 gallons IM AIO 4 months ago. Everything went good until like 2 weeks ago. I start having issues with the alkalinity all the other parameters are stable but the alkakinity is going up every day.

Today:

-O2: 8 mg/L
-Sal: 1.025 SG
-Alk: 11.8!!!!! ??? (It was at 11.2 and is going up)
-PO4: 0.25 PPM
-NO3: 10 PPM
-Mg: 1260 ppm
-Ca: 420 ppm

The thing is my anemone look very bad. She is very good some point in the day and then she closes and turns very very small

Are you dosing anything that would raise alk?

Sorry to say, but tank is much too new for an anemone. Generally want to wait until after coraline is growing.

Your rocks being that clean means the tank isn't really matured at all.

Think of it this way. The parameters are perfect on grandma's couch and also in an operating room. Where would you rather be?
