Small bicolor blenny...no eat, no swim...

Have a bcb since Friday...dealer had him in cu for a couple of days...there was nothing to see on him so I stopped the cu when I took him home...in 20 gal. qt by himself...has some go hole things...like to see a little more life...just changed water...sal about 0.24,,,pH 7.8...not much else to say...any suggestions...?

If there are no other fish, it could be intimidated. Having a rock with a hole it can fit it's body in and stick it's head out to look around can help it get more comfortable.
