Small black balls on sand.

I have a bunch of small black balls on my sand that showed up after I added my first fish, snails, and conch. Is this poop? Can someone identify for me and what can I get to eat this?

Pic is fuzzy to tell but either poop or pieces of loose carbon from filter or filter other reactor source

I don’t have carbon or any reactors. Could it be snail or conch poop.
