My goby has been sick for 3 days, decided to put him in a small bucket with water from the tank, I dosed a small amount of beneficial bacteria and metroplex to the bucket for medication. Am i doing more harm than good? Or I should keep him there until he gets better or dies hopefully not. I am using a battery powered air pump for oxygen in the bucket

What size bucket?
A clean 5 gallon pail or Rubbermaid tub offers good water volume
Sick with what?

Can you post a couple of pics under white lights?

I don’t think this is a good idea. What is biological filtration? How are you keeping the temp steady? Consider buying a 10 gallon tank from petsmart.

The temp doesn't get too cold here, it's actually pretty hot everyday outside but the temp inside the house is pretty steady, I live in Philippines btw

You just need to do water changes to keep the ammonia down. Most antibiotics need you to do water changes anyways and re dose as the bacteria lowers the antibiotics. Read the packaging as each one is different.
