Small bugs on glass and frag rack

I found these tiny bugs. I thought they were trigger pods- but I zoomed in and they don’t look like pods. Now I’m looking I see a lot, are these bad?

I tried to look under microscope and it looks like they are full of little ball shaped looking things. Almost like Dino’s inside them. Couldn’t get a photo.

Might be a species of flatworm, possibly the common red/brown ones.

Looks like red planaria flatworms.

Should I order some flatworm exit? Should this rid the tank of them? Does it have any side effects like does it effect pod population etc?

+1 red planaria and yes you want to remove them.
Flatworm Exit will kill them for sure, but FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. You will want to siphon out as many live ones as you can before treatment. During treatment you will see them falling/dying as they release their toxins into the water. Siphon all of them out ASAP. Run GAC according to the directions to sop up the residual toxins.
