Small bugs that only appear at night

I was looking at my tank tonight (I realized I hadn't spent much time looking at my tank with the lights off) and saw these tiny little bugs. Just two that I could see and they were crawling along the sand bed. They're way too tiny to take a picture of, I don't think anybody would be able to be able to see it, I know thats not much help. They're white in color and I know they only come out at night because I've spent hours looking at my tank with the light on. I was just wondering if anyone could throw out some ideas of what it could possibly be and if they're harmless or not based on the information I've given. I understand if this description is too vague and then I can try to take a picture.

Try shining a red flash light after lights out and see if theres just two...

It sounds like it could be pods but not sure with out a pic, Copods are pretty small as babies.
