hey everyone im lookin for new heater for.my 55 i want to put it in the sump but my sumps small so if i have to have it in my display i will but would.prefer it to be hidden. I had the aqaueon pro neo threm idk what was wrong with it. it shocked the crap outa my girlfreind and my yellow tang was turning into a pink tang because of it. thin i bought a ehiem but goy the 300 so it is like 2 foot long if u never seen its. so would the 100 watt ehime heat my tank and not be to big for.me? so recomened something thx everyone
 
I'd recommend the Finnex HMA-200 titanium heater with the controller.

It's rated for 60-80 gallons and is approximately 11.5 inches long. Cost about $35
 
where do you live, alaska? ha

I run 300w of heaters on my 120DT with 20G sump. i would imagine you could get by with much less...thereby equals smaller heaters.
 
well I live in TX so its not super cold but I just been lookin for good stuff I been threw the cheap and had bad stuff happen to my fish like discharge from powerheads and stuff like that so I ask what everyone else likes!
