I’m looking to setup the most reliable automatic dosing system for under $250 for a 40g tank. Would you guys recommend a doser or using a reactor? I’m really afraid that the low end doses will run away and dump all the 2 part into my tank and I was wondering if small ca reactors in that price range were less likely to catastrophically fail and if so what’s a good model.

Ive never had a doser pump fail and dump a bunch of 2 part...usually when they fail they slow down or stop.

With what’s said above coralvue makes a solid dosing pump kamoer x1 and it’s only 60$. It’s also Bluetooth and very easy to setup.
