Small clear bubble flaring

There was a clear bubble (about 3 times the size of bubble algae) floating around the tank. It look as if something hatched from it as it had a clear cut on it. Nothing hatched though as far as I know. Best pic I could get is down below.

I have a melanarus wrasse. What kinda of corals molt like that tho??

Thats bizarre. I did have a rockflower release a pinky fleshy looking bag like that one time.
