Small clusters of "algae" or aptasia?

Hey everyone,

I have these little things popping up around the tank. I thought initially they were aptasia but looking closer, they seem to have a "feathery" end. Any idea? Just algae? Seems weird since they have been sprouting up individually.

Algae, looks like bryopsis. I would manual remove if those are the only strands
