Small crab in Xenia frag

Just revived a drag today and as I’m acclimating it I’ve noticed a small white crab. Any ideas on what type it is and if it is safe to join my Reef.

Could be a porcelain crab. But do your research

You're a lucky dog, its a xenia swimming crab. It should be perfectly fine.

A small correction. According to some people they may actually eat damaged Xenia corals, so it might be quite difficult to keep unless you have a big Xenia colony to keep it in. I'd say they are quite desirable and someone would definitely be willing to buy it or take it off your hands.
