Small critter identification

I have these bugs in my refugium. I have a video attached. They move around pretty quick in my chaeto. Are they pods? The biggest ones are roughly 1/4 inch long, and I wasn't sure if pods got that big. At the end of the video you can see a larger one floating on the water.

IT looks like amphipods. Great food for some fish. My wrasse go wild for them and part of cuc

I figured but wanted to double check. Everything I have seen on pods was they are microscopic, and these are not. I can see them scurrying around at the bottom of my refugium like little crickets. Thanks!

I would wait for another opinion being somethings look similar.
i can’t see copepods but yes amphipods are like small mysis sized. They love to live in chaeto and gsp. Had a island of gsp and fish would pick at it all day long

I used to have those in my old 29 gallon living in the gravel along with some long reddish colored worms that looked liked Bristle Star Legs moving thru the gravel and all of them came out and covered everything at nighttime.
I do not have either or in my 55 gallon with live sand. I remember my Scooter Blenny eating them, but the gravel was bad for the Blenny...hence why I went with live sand this time. No blennies yet besides the algae(Lawnmower).
