Small discs growing on rock/coral?

Any idea what these are? They seem to be propagating and now are on the base of my stylo frag. Not sure what I am dealing with and if they are normal or harmful. It seems as though I can blast some of them off (see first picture) Any insight would be great!

Not harmful. If they are Nerite eggs they likely wont even hatch and will just become a lovely snack for your CUC
