Small frag tank

Just curious on opinions for a 20g long frag tank. I'm sure its been done but im curious about stocking options especially working fish. Six line wrasse is probably not an option but peppermint shrimp should be good for other pests right? I like the idea of a tailspot blenny for algae and such.
Also lighting options , Ai blade grow 30" or maybe a reef 16hd. Any tips would be greatly appreciated
