Small green Worms

Hello,
I have a fluval 13.5 Evo with a pair of clowns, some hermits l, peppermint shrimp and snails. The tank as been up for 6 months.

And I noticed tiny green slugs/worm looking creatures in the sand.
They are to tiny to show on camera, to me it looks like a baby slug.
I looked at dozens of species of flatworms but none of the coloration matched. They literally look like green spot algae that’s moving.
Any ideas of what it could be?

Hard to say without pics, but possibly sacoglossan slugs like Elysia spp.?

Maybe, I tried to get a picture, but they are so small my phone won’t focus them.

They look kinda like above, but they are algae green colored. But this is the closest I could find online
