Small population of red planaria

Hey all,
I have been religiously dipping my corals as i transfer them to the new tank but today i found 2 planaria in the glass… should i do flat worm exit? I am incapable of doing a large water change because I finally have detectable nutrients in the water. What are your thoughts?

Will there be enough toxin in a tiny population to nuke a 110g system without doing a large water change?

I don’t know if my sentence really made sense. I dipped all my corals going into my new system in Rx and Revive and still managed to get some flatworms. I do have a Melanurus in the new tank and will be leaving room for some tactical ORA Lemon Damsels or a Yellow Coris if the flatworms grow and become unmanageable by the M Wrasse.

I feel like I spent all my utilitarian fish luck on my Bryopsis-devouring Tomini Tang.
