I am running a 65 gallon aquarium with a Icecap 24 Reef Sump (Dim: 24"x14"x16") I was wondering if anyone could help me find a protein skimmer under 16 inches?

Have you checked BRS? They list the measurements on their website. When I was looking, I went with a Bubble-Magus curve 5 skimmers because it matches my measurements and your tank is about the same. I think I got it at the marine depot.

16" for base or height?

I assume base. I use the red Sea RSK 300 on my 80g (65g display) tank. Dimensions are 9.1" x 8.3" or 9.8" x 7.1" according to BRS.

16" base is somewhat large is sounds, so I assume many skimmers will be under that.

Thank you I found the The Fiji cube skimmer. It works for 30 to 50 gallon tanks, so i was thinking on a dual skimmer setup

I have the Nyos 120 on my 60g and it’s a beast. Haven’t had any issues with it so far!

Look at the Reef Octopus SSS series. I run the 150SSS on my 57 gallon but it's a bit of an overkill. I should have went with the 110SSS. Mine works too good, and strips everything within a few hours so I only run it for about 6 hrs once a week. Mine has a 9" base on th 150.
