Small quiet pump for Aquafuge

I do not trust this pump they put on the Aquafuge. I have been away from this hobby for 10+ years and I see that Rio pumps are still a dumpster fire like they were back then. So what can a person get these days that is quiet and reliable? I picked up a pump off Amazon, some non brand and it starts up every time but just overnight it went from quiet to very loud. I would love something that is more 200gph, than this 400gph. I would rather the Aquafuge have a very slow flow.

I would look into the Sicce pumps they make nice little ones.
