Small red dots on clownfish

Hello everyone, I was wondering if I could get some help with an identifying what is wrong with my clownfish. His behavior seems to be normal, in person the dots are a red hue and are on both sides. My other clownfish seems to be unaffected.

Pic dark but looks like bruising known with tank raised clowns and either dissipates or gets worse
Very few casualties seen with this but there is no specific treatment but you can try seachem neoplex. Now that I have a little more time, to add, these lesions represent uronema but doesn't break through the skin surface as uronema would

Could you post on whites? If it’s that red in front of the dorsal fin, I agree it’s the bruising issue (which doesn’t have a known cause or treatment).

Also, do you have any stinging LPS corals in the tank?

Sorry I couldn't get a picture sooner! Work is crazy this time of year. This is the best I could do with a flashlight. It looks a bit better today. Lps corals would be spme euphyllia, a bubble coral, favia and favites. I also recently added a tuxedo urchin, this week actually, so maybe that could be what it's from.

Urchins have been reported to injure clowns, but I’ve not seen that myself. Of the corals - maybe it brushed against the euphylia? I can’t remember is the sweeper tentacles on bubble corals can cause this…..
