SMALL SHRIMP-LIKE BUGS IN LIVE ROCK

So I got a new live rock few days ago and I am starting to see little shrimp like bugs crawling on it. Not sure if it was something from the store or babies from my hermit crab but Id like to know what they are.

My guess is Mysis Shrimp. I have them everywhere when the lights go off.

That's what I feed the fish. They come frozen. Do you think they came alive after being thawed out???

Haha I don't think so. I do wonder how they got into my tank though...

I vote for amphipods and copepods... most likely the former since they were large enough to concern you. They are good to have and will be eaten by your fish
