I have these small snails everywhere and not quite sure if they are good or bad

Hard to say in the blue light, but if it is all white and has a long body with 2 antenae on either end, a snorkel, and likes to burrow through the sand, then it is probably a nessarius. They are nice to have and keep the sand stirred and clean up food leftovers.
