Small spot on clownfish

Is this anything to worry about? May have to zoom in to see it, kinda looks like a puncture mark?

Just added these guys to quarantine yesterday so no medication has been started yet (have royal gramma in with them that is still hiding and hasnt eaten)

Lol well I guess that's good. But it's at the very bottom of the fish in the white area
