Small tank, best place for dosing tubes?

Morning everyone... I have a Biocube32, and currently am dosing BRS 2 part. I don’t really have the ability to have the tubes in a high flow area, and I’m finding some the alk doesn’t seem to dissolve because of this. The tubes get dumped into the tank where the return line is, but doesn’t get entirely sucked into the stream. So, a couple things I guess...

1) do I need to worry at all about this since my alk is remaining where I want it to?

2) is it a problem to dose directly before a filter pad? I can rework the tubing so it gets dumped into a high flow area, but it will be on top of the water director on the InTank media basket...

Not yet, but it would be directly below it if needed. Currently running Purigen after filter floss, and potentially Phosguard periodically... thanks for the reply, it got the brain thinking in that regard.

May need to find a way to extend out the dosing tubes to they pass the return nozzle outlet...

You may be able to place the tubes into to return section, to get them out of view, but I would never recommend running any additives through any type of filter media as they are best ran directly into flowing water. Hope this helps!
