Hey everyone! Debated starting up the 72g I have but since I am just out of college and could likely be moving out within the next year I thought a nano was more practical. I will be using a 10g to start and am wondering what lights will be best for it? I will be sticking to beginner corals for awhile but may possibly upgrade to SPS in the future.

I'd like to use it on my future 72g while obviously pairing it with something much stronger. I prefer the canopy style 'flat' lights as hanging lights is not an option in my room.

Any suggestions?

Go to the DIY forum...tons of great stuff there!! Every question you asked has its own thread! Good luck!

Thats a big difference in lights in size and power needed for a 10 gal for starters to a 72 with sps.... understand the wish. Just hells if I know what would fit both.

eBay sells a light called aquaneat which I have on my 10 gal frag. Corals seem to do ok & it's inexpensive. I really like em
