Small transparent bubbles

I have small transparent bubbles all over my tank not sure if they are good or bad and someone said they might be called dinoflagellates

These look indeed like dinoflagellates! Can be a real pain in the ***. Rock looks quite new. They might get under control once your system gets more established.

What are your nutrient levels?
