Hi all,

Hoping for an ID. Their tubes are soft and they seem to bore holes between my acans. I assume some kind polychaete with feelers out.

Not sure I want to remove them yet as they don't seem to bother the acans but they are multiplying.

Thanks

I think Your right, Vermatid maybe?
I thought so too but the tubes are soft and flexible. No nets or discharge. Just two feelers per tube.

Should also mention the feelers in the background are a coral banded shrimp not the worms.

Spionid (tube worm)
Should I be worried? I mean, when the acans retract they are a bit unsightly but otherwise I'm happy to host filter feeders.

They can annoy some corals, I leave them unless they are upsetting others
