Small v Large ZOA growth

An odd question but we do small Zoa’s struggle but larger ones don’t. It’s an odd characteristic of my tank where I really struggle with the small ones but don’t on the larger. I wondering if there was something behind this.

I just think they tend to be more Resilient.

And I have Never seen a Large one Get POX.

Small Ones are Very Susceptible to POX.
