Small white and swimming with a cork screw motion

[Nathan79]

Hi All

I recently noticed after lights out that there are small white things swimming around in the water Column. They swim with a rotating pattern like a cork screw. Approx 1 to 2mm length.

would be interested to know if any ideas. I will try and get some images.

So hopefully nothing to worry about?

Probably but they might be fireworms so watch out.
