Small white bugs on glass

Need help identifying small shrimp like bugs on glass of sump and in carbon reactor. See pics. Are they amphipods? Should I get rid of them?

Amphipods mostly. Let them live and multiply

Do they move? Personally, they look more like Pineapple sponges than any “pod” I know of (no eyes, “fuzzy crown thing”).
