Small White Pill Shaped Bug

I see a few others in this cup I have mushrooms in. They seem to be moving pretty slow.

I thought they looked like chitons but they're really small, like the size of the crushed coral in the cup and I've never seen chitons that small. Possibly limpets. But they have what looks like a design on their backs, it's like black or red.

Stomatellas are really good, I've actually been trying to pick some up myself and limpets I believe are also good.

I think maybe limpets too, but if you look at the one in the top circle it has what looks like a black/red design or dots but not spotted. I've only seen limpets that are straight white

I have tiny baby chitons in my tank, a few millimeters long. So I'd say chitons, if from the side they look like a pointy mountain peak, then limpet
