Small white pods..eggs??

a whole bunch of small white pods with small antennas (possibly) have appeared in my tank. A few on my live rocks and most are in the overflow part of my return pump behind the tank. I’m not sure if they are snails or something else. I have recently had a small outbreak of flat worms that I have been dealing with, I’m not sure if these could be related. They are small slightly larger than pin head, but don’t seem to be mobile.

Any thoughts?? Have attached best pictures I could get.

Those are pineapple sponges, harmless filter feeders. Their population dwindles and they may eventually disappear altogether as your tank matures.
