Small white snail like creatures on my glass

A few weeks ago these little white dots appeared and have grown bigger since then. At first i thought it was coralline, but when i took a closer look it had a spiral shape. There’s also about 20 turbo snails in the tank. Anyone have any idea what these are? am i good to just scrape it off?

Glad to be able to use what little knowledge I have to help lol

I can let my glass go for a week or so before they start to reappear. I let the back panel go longer because I don't care about them on that as much. Maybe once every other month for that.

I leave them alone You cant control them anyway I cant, and don't want to make a complete mess scrapping them off. Tried and now don't
